After I placed my order, that I was helped with every step of the way, I ended up cancelling right before it got to print and I received a full refund. A few days later after some scheduling/contract issues it turned out I needed the banners again and now I was in a rush. They did not seem bothered at all and ended up getting them printed and shipped to us in time for the conference we were attending and they looked amazing! The first time I visited their site I saw they had a 110% satisfaction guarantee and at the time I thought that was a pretty bold statement, but the lived up to it and then some. "

When I dealt with real live people to fix the issue, I always had top customer service and the problem was fixed without argument.
