"I have no issue with the experience ordering the product. The support staff was very nice. The product came pretty quickly as well. My issue is the product, which is a pen but also folds into a phone holder (to prop up the phone for viewing on a desk or table). It doesn't work well at all. You can't place the phone upright at all and even on its side, it's very unstable. So we have hundreds of these things which are fine as regular pens, but I'm not sure I'd want to say it can hold up their phone. It will likely just fall over. I could have just got the pens for less money."
