"This was a reprint of a previous order with a slight change- instead of reprinting in one color only, the order was to split the order into thirds- each third a different color. The specifics of this was not followed and I received 300 pieces in one color. Then, when I contacted epromos to correct the problem it took three different people to get it right and it was delayed. The instructions were written in the original order and I still had to be contacted by someone to understand what to do. Clear poor management. The printing was fine but the management was horrible."
