"Approved the art proof on 11/24. Product to be delivered by 12/11, which was painful but accepted. Product was five distinctly separate Christmas card, two hundred of each style. Product arrived 12/19. None of the cards match the approved art proof. Horrible experience, I never received a proactive email (and never a phone call); the only emails I received were reactive to my questions / concerns / worries.
