"The candy corn bags looked amazing with our branding, and we are overall very satisfied with the product. However, getting to the production stage was very stressful. We had a tight deadline and the sales rep went on vacation during our correspondence. We had to make calls to customer service and it was difficult to get our request picked up again. Greg took over during our sales rep's absence and we were very happy with his quick service. Payment was also stressful because you cannot use international credit cards. We would definitely order from epromos again, but international purchases are a lot more complex than you might expect!"

"The order process was great, the artwork approval was great, the product is amazing! the only issue I have is with the shipping process. The supplier didn't have the product at the location for pickup which caused major delays in shipping. The confusion was added to by us having Purolator arrange for the pickup in the USA via UPS. so tracking it was difficult as I have a UPS tracking number with a Purolator account and pickup.

it would be ideal if the US supplier could arrange for the shipping from their end, not the purchaser, and charge the fees to the purchaser - it would be worth it.
