"Great personel and Good product! My only problem is with the item I picked. I didn't realize they come individually wrapped so the first few I handed out customers came back saying the lights didn't work. I was upset but busy at that time and Thanked them for that info. When it was a little slower later in the day I took a look at the product and found out I needed to take each one out of package open each light take out the battery and take plastic off battery put back together and the product now works fine mind you a Thousand of these. I will be quite busy for some time needless to say. I have only come across a few that don't work at all out of the first 150 I've done so far. I will use them again. Candi"

I've been corresponding with Julie, an ePromos customer service specialist. She assures me that the company is prepared to make me a happy customer if I'm willing to give them another try. I won't need to place another order for nearly a year, so it will be some time before I will know how everything pans out. However, I'm optimistic about the company's willingness to make it right and have increased my rating from 2 to 3 stars to reflect that optimism. I'll update this review once more, after I receive my future order.
I worked with a customer service person who was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. I placed my order, paid and then was told I couldn't order a less than minimum quantity, even though I'd been charged a less than minimum fee. My options were to order the posted minimum amount or cancel my order. I'm not pleased with ePromos. The very first thing I confirmed with the rep was that I could order less than the minimum. They wasted my time and patience. Ultimately, I went with a lesser product, from a different company entirely because I had to select an item that could be completed as a 24hr rush job. I'm actually shocked that ePromos sent me a request to review the experience. Maybe it's automated and because I went through the purchase process it things I'm a customer, even though I was issued a refund and never had anything delivered. If you need less than the stated minimum, my advice is to work with a different company unless you have time to waste. "
