The covering was nice enough, but not looking out for any deals - i had to inform of the deals online and I could have gotten a better deal had I just ordered online by myself with no rep. Right after I placed the order with the rep, I got a coupon in my email for my first order that I couldn't apply. Not very user friendly. I prefer 4imprint."

"My mom has used this site frequently for ordering items for her organization, has always been happy with the results, and she recommended that I check them out. I worked with the sales rep for a pretty significant period of time to create my item just as I wanted--that part went super; they were very patient with my multiple requests and adjustments. There were some issues with miscommunication--a sample I ordered was sent to a company with a similar name (they had entered the name of my organization incorrectly into their records), multiple requests for correct quotes/clarification on quotes felt like they went unanswered, and with how their proof software works, any links they sent previously show updated changes, so I felt like I was being gaslighted when I'd talk to a rep about an issue, and the rep couldn't see what I was talking about because the proof had already been edited. That was very confusing and frustrating. Ultimately, when I went to order, I was told that the items were in stock (most of them, but the amount that I needed would get to me in time). I paid for the order, received an email to double check with me that it was okay that I would only be receiving a partial order as they were limited in stock, and thought that I was good to go. A few hours later, I received an email telling me that they were completely out of stock and would not be able to fulfill my order until after I needed the awards to arrive. I was very disappointed, and now all of a sudden crunched for time to find something else, customize it, and get it sent to me in time for the awards ceremony."
