For transparency, the problems I had were: The price I was quoted when I ordered did not end up being the same as what I was invoiced, due to shipping charges. Items did not arrive on time...it took much longer to get the items than estimated when I placed the order. Finally, the item I wanted was out of stock which I only found out after I placed the order (the website should have reflected this).
