"I ordered travel mugs printed with a company logo. One of the mugs did not have the logo at all but the remainder did. Upon using the travel mug, I found that the base is plastic and therefore doesn't stop the mug from sliding around on a desk. Also, when cleaning the mug, water gets trapped in the base and then leaks out all over when you tip the mug. Rather inconvenient and not how we wanted to promote our company quality with give aways."
