"The process to get an award created is too much. Being that the type had to be revised a couple of times, I had to pay extra shipping that cost more than the awards that I ordered. I specifically told my representative that I had enough time to place my order until I didn't receive the emails on time which left me in a bind. I left her know that I didn't want to pay extra fees for shipping because of all of the red tape to create the order. So I got charged more money than I expected.
