"When I first contacted ePromos, I specifically had the representative confirm that the desired item and color was in stock for the necessary order size. I received confirmation that there was plenty of stock. Shortly there after, I was contacted that it was on back order and I couldn't have it when needed. I was able to push the delivery date back a bit and was promised that it would be overnighted by the necessary date...however, it was delayed 2 more times! This was very disappointing, especially because fairs and exhibition dates are not adjustable, we need promo items when we say we need them. We ended up contacting another provider who was able to get us a comparable item with 24 hours! I would not recommend using ePromos."
