She answered all of my questions and gave me her contact info so if I had any questions before I was ready to order, I could contact her. It took us a few weeks to place our order because we were price shopping. They had the lowest quantity minimum/order and they were a little better on their pricing too than the other places we were looking into using. Their customer service reps seem more knowledgeable as well. She gave me suggestions I didn't even think of when I reached out to her for our product marketing.
