"No confirmation was sent me that the order was event shipped. No tracking number was sent me by email. This order was shipped by UPS Ground service. When I contacted the company I was told UPS had attempted delivery but not left the package. No note was left at my house stating delivery had been attempted. After many emails & phone calls between the company & it chosen carrier, I was told redelivery would be attempted but the local UPS manager demanded I be home to sign for the package. She lied. The package was finally dropped off at my garage about 10 days after I had been told of the first delivery "attempt." Yes, my problem was with the local UPS driver who appears to have lied about the first delivery attempt, but the length of the problem was exacerbated by the company not sending me the promised email stating the product had been shipped, providing a tracking number. During this period I had a similar problem with a UPS non-delivery with an order from another online vendor. That vendor showed me what excellent, effective customer service is. It sent a replacement by another carrier & knocked 25% off the price. It asked me to email the details so its shipment manager could contact the regional UPS manager to relate its & its customer's complaint."

"I am a rotten customer. I did not exactly know what I wanted and started out pretty vague. The team at ePromos designed a coffee mug for me. I changed it 3 times. Then I showed it to my office manager, who made a suggestion and I completely changed the entire design to something else completely different AND made 3 changes to the NEW idea. I have received the coffe mug and am very happy with the end result. Bless poor Neil who always answered my e mails and NEVER fired me as a customer. I highly recommend the design team and Neil. "
