"first order had months of silence and changed reps (understandable with covid, but communication I didn't have to chase for would have been nice). product had imprint issues, construction issues. I was assured it wouldn't happen again. second order for more pieces had all kinds of issues. What was supposed to be a direct copy of the imprint was a mess. Customer service was mostly attentive, mainly extremely unhappy with production. It's a waste of my time to keep dealing with this company but they're the only one who sells the product I need."
