"To start off, the items took way too long to be delivered. I would prefer that if one or two items are back order or out of stock, that the rest of my order be delivered timely. Ultimately waited weeks on end for my order to be delivered because we were waiting on an item that may never come in. I understand being conservative with the number of deliveries, but if an item isn't available within a week or two, release the rest. Secondly, the quality of the items that I ordered for my customers was very cheap. Now I have items that I waited so long for that I will not be giving to anyone. One item was personalized with my name and address and it has misspellings. I went back and looked at my proof which is correct, yet the item has misspellings. Lastly, it would be nice to be able to look at enlarged items when you hover over them to get a closer look at details. Its like buying items in faith because you can't zoom in on the important small details. "
