"There were a lot of issues with this order. Not only were there missing power banks but more than 10% of our order had missing components. Although it was resolved with a partial refund for the missing chargers, quality control was horrendous. We took a lot of time out of our working day to make sure this was followed up on and that we received what we paid for.

Even though this entire process was a nightmare, we think that customer service tried to do right by the situation. I can't honestly say however that I would ever want to go through this situation again which is unfortunate because A. we used this company in the past and it was OK and B. they have a lot of positive reviews from other people.
