"Still waiting for the order...they did not arrive in time for the event. Because we were not told that a signature was required for delivery, no one was available the times UPS tried to deliver. The package was sent back to the shipper. Though this was discovered in enough time to get the pens back to us in time, the location shipping the pens did not contact UPS on our behalf, nor would they expedite the shipment back to us. Our order is still hung up somewhere in their "Returns Process." I wish I could actually evaluate the product."
