"There were plenty of products to choose from. The process of getting the orders completed was a little complicated. After picking what one wanted, one had to approve what was wanted and that took many tries to get it all correct. And then when it was approved, 3 out of the 4 products were shipped by designated time, while the fourth one was delayed and just got there on the last possible day. The pitchers were good, the cards looked sharp, the bags were ok, but the logos on the markers rubbed off with just a little bit of water and was a little disappointing."
