"I was told that the wording would line up perfectly with the fit of the journal and the font is too small. The journals are not as large as viewed and they are much smaller than my measurements according to the journal descriptions. If the font was much larger, the journal would look much more appealing but there's too much blank space on the front and I specifically asked if the font would be lined to fit the journal perfectly."

"Update: The customer service from ePromos has been great since I posted this review, and I have updated my rating to reflect that. I have been contacted twice with assurances that what happened to me won't happen again. That goes a long way with me, and I will give them another try in the future.

The final product was great, but I was not happy with how long it took to be contacted with a proof. I ordered the products on 6/15, and promptly received an automated email stating that someone would be in touch shortly (to me, "shortly" means within a day or two). I never heard from anyone so I called on 6/17. I was transferred to someone's voicemail, so I left a message but never heard back. I called again on 6/19 and was transferred to Jenni, who explained to that my order had "fallen through the cracks." My experience was good from that point on, but I wonder how long this process would have taken had I not been persistently calling the company."

"Burt and Jordan were extremely helpful. I couldn't find what I needed within my budget and Burt made a suggestion for a similar product closer to my budget. We received the product last week and we couldn't be happier. They look very professional and sturdy. Love them. I couldn't open the approval email and Jordan sent it to me until i could without any hesitation. She always replied to my email right away and when I asked about my delivery date, again, she immediately replied. Besides my great experiences with both of them we received our order 1 week earlier. Will continue to do business with Burt without hesitation. "
