"Although the staff members that have been in contact with me have been very friendly and pleasant to deal with I have a major issue with the product itself.
The pens are of reasonably quality however the phone number on the imprint is so small it is illegible. Kind of defeats the purpose of putting your phone number on the product if the customer can't even read it!"
