Had to contact them each time to try and get answers and find out what was going on with getting our correct product. There was no sense of urgency to correct the problem. Then when we finally got the right product, nobody contacted us to check and make sure everything was ok with it. This was a very surprising experience, considering all the competition there is doing the same thing as them."
