"We were initially given a guaranteed delivery date for gifts for a holiday party, which several days later we were told they would not be able to make it by that date (giving us less than two weeks to find an alternative). After some really awesome help by our customer representative, they did find an alternative product and paid for the upgrade and extra shipping. Which was great! However, when confirming the delivery date a few days later, our rep had the wrong delivery date after we had stressed to him it HAD to be there by the 4th. After we caught his error, he did fix the issue and was able to get the product in on time and we were satisfied with the end product. However, the entire process was stressful because I didn't know until the product arrived hours before the party whether or not they were even going to make it on time, or what the product was even going to be. So the result was great, but I was not satisfied with the process."
