"ePromos representative, Dace Renn, was not on top of communicating with me. I was trying to rush this order and I lost 9 business days because he did not clearly communicate that I had to fill up a form to approve the proof. He knew I was expediting this order. Also, when I first called the 1-800 number and Dace answered, he didn't answer professionally to identify the company. He just said "Hi!" without providing his name as well. Also, I could hear laughter in the background like there was a party going on. Despite this dissatisfaction, I placed an order."
