"Ordering and shipping was very easy- the account representative really worked with me to make sure that we got the product out quickly (and to the right place, which was kind of a mess). The only reason that I didn't provide the last star was because of packaging. The product was pretty thin/flimsy- which was fine- but many of the pieces were damaged in transit. There probably should have been some bubble wrap or padding inside the box to keep the pieces from busting up."

"I order three different products from ePromos. The first two were handled promptly and both products turned out Professional. The third item, flash drives, took a long time to get a quote/sample with the final outcome being that they couldn't finish the product by our deadline therefore forcing us to pick an alternate item. The finished product wasn't ideal. Our logo was white on a silver background which didn't stand out. Also, many of the logos were crooked on the flash drives. "
