"I've ordered from this company a few times. They have great customer service far as the representatives. However the shipping warehouse is not to par. The spelling of people's last name is important. My neighbor a couple of doors down has the same last name. The difference is he has a a letter difference on his last name. Well my package went to his house because the regular Delivery person knows the area so he goes by last names always. So my neighbor had to deliver to me in the rain. I notified the company on the last order and they still didn't fix it. Thanks in advance. "
