"I ordered the camp mug with my logo imprinted, obviously this was a client parties gift. However, even though the mug isn't bad, the imprint did not resist the dishwasher. Later on I realized that the imprint is not dishwasher friendly and now after my third wash my logo is almost gone. The company is refunding my purchase and I will send back the mugs, but all the stress it caused me it is not even worth to purchase anything from them. So sad, if wasn't for the sheltered in law, I was escrowed. B.c my party was postponed."

The art team was not the best about following instructions when we were creating the design for the mug but it was easy to leave feedback / submit changes to the design and we eventually got on the same page.
