"I ordered custom architectural scales for my cabinet business to pass out as Christmas gifts. Because of the somewhat short timeline, they did not provide me with a sample before producing the order. When the rulers arrived, I could not decipher the scales and contacted my sales person. He informed me that these were engineering scales (which I did not know there was such a thing) and since these were what I had selected on the website that I had to keep them. I escalated the issue and the results we all I could hope for.
While we would not have the new rulers in time for Christmas ePromos is going to remake the items as Architectural scales as I need at no additional charge.
Thank you for working with me to get this resolved. The quality of the aluminum scales is outstanding and now that I will get the correct calibrations my customers can appreciate this item. Thank you"
