"Our sales rep, Pete Weismann, was GREAT! He was very responsive, gave multiple options, did not pressure us and was wonderful to deal with. The only downfall was the communication somewhere along the line. We ordered the Jaffa #1 in the second week of November. We did not find out until 2 weeks after we put in the order that the award was back ordered. We needed these awards early to make sure nothing was incorrect. Long story short, Pete found us another alternative, saved us money, and got the awards in the same time frame we originally requested. Would recommend!"
