"First off, Jordan Novak is fantastic. She is quick to respond to any issues and is always very polite and helpful. With respect to our recent order, we purchased the Golf Kit for some upcoming events. We purchased 2 of the kits. Each kit came with a specific number of golf tools, pens and stress balls. Initially we only received 2 golf tools, which Jordan got corrected quickly. A couple weeks later we received the stress balls. The stress balls had been pictured as being white, exactly like a golf ball. The balls we received were the typical Farmers blue. When I called Jordan about this, I was informed that they were always supposed to have been pictured in the blue color and that she was working to get it corrected. I just wish we could verify some of these things prior to purchase. Other than that, thank you e-promos for always working with us to personalize your products. "
