"I ordered bags here recently and a few of them came smudged, logo not aligned like the proof they provided as well as the logo coming crooked. When I contacted to see what can be done to resolve the issue - they did reach back immediately which I really did appreciate and they offered to return my money on the amount of bags messed up or to have them reprinted at no extra charge. I chose to have them reprinted and they explained that they hand fed into the press and that there is always movement in the rollers. This helped me understand the process but I wished they included a bigger disclaimer that the logo placement will not always be accurate or something of that sort.
I really appreciate their customer service and willingness to make it right but won't order from here again due to lack of consistency & accuracy in their product. When I order something, I expect it to be EXACTLY like the proof they provide. The price may sound great but the end result was disappointing. The customer service and communication were the only positive aspects of this experience. "
"The silicon cell phone wallets looked nice but it took longer than expected for them to be made and delivered, and then they didn't sell well at our club. Customer service response was a bit sluggish."

"I had a few issues trying to get alot of info on the pen. Greta, was not only patient, but worked with me throughout the process. I could not be happier with the finished product and engraving on the pens. They came super fast with the rush order. Definitely my new supplier of company pens and stationary!!!! "
"We purchased branded paper clips, highlighters, bookmark flag booklets, and memo pads. The paper clips were low quality, and the bookmark flag booklets were either glued on crookedly or the holes on the cover were not punched through all the way. The highlighters are nice, and the memo pads are alright. However, it's quite a bit of a loss to dislike half of your entire order. It would be good to get a sample (in the case of the paper clips), which I did not do, but in terms of the bookmark flag booklets, I feel that is an issue in the manufacturing of the product, and being sent a cherry-picked sample won't help much."
