My business partner recommended epromos and I was amazed at how easy it was to communicate with a salesperson! I was ASSIGNED a salesperson and I didn't expect that! Her name was Jenni and she was on top of things! I was easily able to get her on the phone and when I emailed her, I received thorough, friendly responses very quickly. I was concerned that the items I wanted wouldn't get shipped to me on time. Before making my order, Jenni made phone calls, double-checked and assured me of the ship date Even though it was around the holidays, I got my items on time! It's a shame that I'm shocked to get good service these days. I hardly ever write reviews, but I really try to write them when I am extremely pleased! People need to know! It's so easy to complain because there's such bad service out there. Thank you epromos for making a great hire in Jenni! Perhaps everyone in your company is like that, I hope so for your sake and the benefit of your customers!"

"ePromo dropped the ball on my order that I placed on 12/11. I followed up with them 15 days later and the pens didn't even go into production yet. Their customer service rep told me that they somehow got lost in their system. I placed my order early so I wouldn't have to pay for rush charges and they still tried to add an additional $77 fee. In the end they did reverse it. "
