"Customer service was extremely poor. In addition to continually getting the billing and shipping address wrong, they did not print the items as I had approved. When I asked, I was told that they should have told me that they couldn’t print it to my designed specifications. The QA representative did her best to recover the error, however they they sent the new order to my home address, rather than my work address. This company is lacking attention to detail. Proceed with caution if you need accuracy."
