"I appreciated the help in picking out the right pens and getting the pricing easily and quickly as well as getting the product to me on time for an event. they did a great job of keeping me updated and I felt really good about the whole process. customer service/responses are awesome and I will totally purchase again!
I found the only real problem I had was the shipping. shipping was pretty quick, I would have just appreciated the product to come in a bag or smaller boxes or something. I found when I got the pens, a lot of them were dusty or dirty/scratched up a bit. a lot of them also were coming unscrewed and I found just a few were broken from getting unscrewed all the way and the ink drying up. it wasn't a big deal to have a few bad ones (really that's expected with pens), I just think for future packaging they should put pens in smaller boxes (like how you would buy in the store) for some added protection! "

"Although the team at ePromos is quick to respond to issues and eager to resolve them, I'm on my 2nd try at ordering key chains for my company and both times an error or quality issue has been present. I started this process in August, and now, mid-October I'm still waiting for my key chains. This follows a padfolio order I had to have replaced due to poor screen printing that was immediately rubbing off on the entire batch.
