My order arrived on time and i was pleased with the quality of the footballs that were printed. When I discovered they were printed in white rather than gold I informed my rep and she immediately sent the report on. Rather quickly I had another box of footballs in the mail with the correct color printing at no cost. I will most certainly order from them again."

I placed an order on 9/21 and received notification that the order would be shipped on 10/2. On 10/5, I left a voicemail and sent an email requesting a status. On 10/8, I left another voicemail and sent another email. I received a phone call shortly thereafter, and was told that the soonest the order could be shipped was 10/12, and I will receive it on 10/15. While I was on the phone, I received an email from someone else that the order was shipped! I sent an email on 10/11 and 10/12 requesting confirmation that the order was shipped. I still have not received any tracking information as of 10/14. If I don't receive the order tomorrow, we may not have giveaways in time for our event."
