"The product was good but the item I picked was not true to image provided therefore what I wanted embroided on was not going to be able to happen. had many back and forth emails had to follow up alot finally when we got the item solved, I wanted to track it closely so it would get here on time but it just so happened I got the incorrect tracking number sent to me, so then I had to again follow up and get the correct one. The customer service at epromos was excellent, we had an issue in that we needed to pay with a check and not a credit card. Epromos had a process to accommodate our needs.
