"My rep was great and got us the product we wanted. Issue was with delivery - First was told if we ordered by that day we could have it by the following Wed. This was great a we needed it for the following Sat. When we initially got the tracking info it said delivery Thursday. Thursday morning it switched to Friday by end of day. They never came in time of event as UPS had "weather delays" I get that as Friday was storms all across but we were originally supposed to get them on Wed."
