Looks like a pretty high quality product, doesn't it? And it's completely fraudulent. What they sent instead was a hard, cheap plastic case covered with some kind of very thin "leather" veneer. It is absolutely NOT sheepskins. The product does not even work as described on the site. The is a ribbon sticking out the top that is supposed to assist with removing the blackberry from the case. This would not be necessary if the product actually functioned as described. Note the word "soft" in the description? This case is anything BUT soft.

First, I placed my order on a Monday and received the order the following day via UPS ground. Admittedly, I live in the same state from which the order shipped but, regardless, that's still excellent service.
Second, one of the items was defective right out of the box (manufacturing defect - definitely not the vendor's fault). A quick call to Customer service was all it took; within minutes I had one email with a printable return shipping label and another email with a tracking number for the replacement. Nice!
Finally, pricing is competitive at the very worst and, from my research, among the lowest. I certainly couldn't find any of the four items I ordered for less elsewhere.
Overall, I'm completely satisfied with this reseller.
EDIT: The replacement for the defective item I returned (mentioned above) arrived the following day. Great service! "

I placed my order on Tuesday & received it the following Monday, with no problems. Their prices are competitive, but not the lowest. They have a great selection of accessories for just about any smartphone you can think of (Blackberry, Treo, etc)."
