"Repair service is slower than a slow thing on a slow day that's going slow. Expansys have had the phone for 5 weeks now and have just reported that it isn't in the batch of repairs they have just had back.

The support staff are efficient and courteous in their replies - but the repair service they are replying about is shocking.






Thanks for the response and I agree this is the best resolution - If the repair takes too long then replace or refund. The refund has yet to appear in the bank account but I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days


... and I'll edit some of the star ratings too as its hard to give good customer service on the way out of a mess but this is the right thing to do "

"Don't bother, they advised a delivery time of 3-5 days, I emailed after 7 days waiting only to be told expect delivery at the end of the week that will be 12 days if it arrives!! should of paid the extra and ordered of a reputable company. The invoice is stating an address at EXPANSYS UK Ltd, Network House
Globe Park, MARLOW, SL7 1EY, UK but the emails received are in broken English and the person is clearly Spanish so I suspect this coming from mainland Europe, very misleading. Will not use again. Appalling service."
