"Delivery was a bit of a shambles, but that was entirely Parcelforce's fault, and they owned up to it. Unfortunately, even though Parcelforce offered recompense for my wasted time, this had to be initiated by Expansys, and they were completely unequipped to deal with such a matter. It took a lot of arguing before they finally offered me a voucher. It was clear that their CS protocols weren't sufficiently flexible to deal with the situation. Still, in the end I was satisfied."
