"The item was out of stock due to being faulty, which I can understand. However this was only explained to me after I emailed numerous days after the item had meant to arrived.
I was given two options have the items seperately (as was a gift box) or a refund. I chose the items. I have not yet received them and I still have had no response to what is happening with my order. Very poor! I am disappointed with lack of service as I understand things go wrong but keep people informed! Service recovery. "
