There was an IT issue with some of the bonus gifts not showing when certain products were ordered, and also a discount code then removed one of the other items and changed the order from what I wanted!
I contacted the help department and they replied quite promptly and said their engineeers had now tweaked the system.
This solved one problem but not another and they suggested further contact if this happened.
On contact with them again, they re-established the correct order plus bonus gifts and the discount.
The order then arrived in 3 days, all beautifully and securely packaged.
