HORRIBLE...................................

"Please do not order from FC-MOTO.de if you live in the USA, absolutely never...

A customs declaration is the process of declaring items you are shipping across international borders. Items shipped across international borders are typically subject to import/export taxes, customs duties and fees. Please note: When declaring articles, it is essential not to be vague in the description of the articles, and FC-MOTO.de has not done this.......
I paid extra shipping costs to be delivered faster, but my package was stuck in customs for over 1 week. DHL contacted FC-MOTO.de but they never responded to them.........
I contacted FC-MOTO.de but they responded 10 days later with no solution.
My package was held hostage because if I didn't pay the DHL fees, they would send my package back to FC-MOTO.de
And please believe me, because of this I paid $900 in fees to DHL to receive my package.
Of course, customs fees were applied because for 10 days they had time to open the box and everything: taxes were $230 and I accepted them, but more than $650 because FC-MOTO.de "forgot" to stick the customs declaration on the packaging.

DHL applied over $650.00 in fees because they worked 10 days for the customs declaration....
I was on the phone, by email with DHL 3 times a day for 10 days to find a solution.
I made the customs declaration myself, and believe me it's complicated because I'm not a professional and I don't have the customs codes.......... and finally I paid exactly $866.26 more to receive my package.......so with the extra shipping costs $900.00 more.............

No apology from FC-MOTO.de , no refund from FC-MOTO.de , no compensation from FC-MOTO.de .....

FC-MOTO.de Customer service is not effective because it does not respond............. so easy to "work" like that.............. .. ................

Now, I ordered 1 month ago, and they don't care at all about the customer that I am............. just no respect for the customer...... they collect the money , and that's all !
So, if you think you're getting a good deal by ordering from them, RUN away because it will ultimately cost you a lot more than expected!

Delayed shipping, zero service, zero communication

"FC-Moto shipped my order (2 items) one week later than advertised with zero communication. This is useless for travellers and a complete waste of time.

Forget about phoning or emailing them because they don't pick up and still no reply after 3 weeks.

All you get is an auto-responder saying not to expect a quick reply and don't even bother phoning because your call will probably get cut off anyway.

As for product quality, they don't do quality checks before packing and they don't respond to claims.

Very poor service and responses

"Hello
I recently ordered a Furygan jacket from them and when it arrived it was the wrong colour, wrong size and they sent me a ladies jacket instead of a mans. I returned the jacket by post costing me even more money. The jacket was returned to me as they refused to sign for the parcel. I emailed them complaining with all the details and go no responses. So currently im stuck with a jacket which is no good to me and well out of pocket as i paid them postage costs to me and postage costs to return it for refund.
Very very poor service from them. My advice is buy from elsewhere.

Poor service/ Dishonest

"I ordered a bunch of stuff on their website - all claimed to be in stock - on check out paid for the premium delivery. The stuff never arrived (impacted a planned trip) and they never responded to any messages until finally they did saying they did not have the stuff in stock - like many other reviews on here that say the same thing - terrible dishonest service. Never again - keep away!"

Disappointed with FC Moto: Unreliable Service and Hidden Costs

"I recently purchased the HJC RPHA 11 Sonic Sega Helmet from FC Moto, and I must say that my experience has been far from satisfactory. While they may entice customers with tempting discounts, the reality is that FC Moto's customer service is extremely disappointing. Moreover, their delivery times are excessively long, ranging from 1 to 2 months, leading to frustration and inconvenience. To make matters worse, customers are blindsided by an additional 50% customs tax on top of the price displayed on the website. This unexpected cost significantly erodes any perceived savings. In conclusion, FC Moto's poor customer service, prolonged delivery times, and hidden costs make them an unreliable and unappealing option for online shopping. Scammers FC Moto arnaqueurs

"They are an absolute fraud. Their prices are so temting that I got screwed twice never again! They lie so you keep ordering and never keep their promise! Wrong product classification, damaged products (ripped opened box selling as brand new), make you pay for DHL and send through normal public post. What a shame it must be to represent them!
Ne commandez jamais de ces ripoux malgré les prix alléchants, ce sont des arnaqueurs sans scrupule. Horrible "Kunderservice"

Terrible experience from start to finish

"Terrible experience from start to finish. Paid $430 for a helmet to be shipped express in USA, took 4-5 weeks for it to arrive (express). It did not fit, I called them and asked about the return process..they said just ship it to us at this address but we don’t pay for return shipping and I said fine! I paid another $80 to ship it back and that was a month ago, the helmet is somehow stuck in customs/ local post office ( even though I selected return item in the forms) in the same town as FC Moto but they won’t go there to pick it up nor provide any solution to the problem! I sent them an email, facebook message and called to explain what the problem is and the response was: ”sorry, helmet not here, not our problem, this never happens! Really FC Moto? Have a great day!”- the response to the email came after 1 week asking me if I even shipped the helmet back..what?haha..they are still learning English i guess..i gave them the tracking etc etc..it’s ok! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Now I have no helmet and wasted $500! Great Customer Service FC Moto..they do not care about the customer nor if you are ever going to shop there again! "

Disappearing 15% Discount

"Ordered a jacket with a 15% discount for Christmas. The item was refunded a week later. I contacted fc moto and was told that there was nothing they could do until the item was physically returned. I re-ordered the jacket and the 15% discount had disappeared. When I questioned them about this I was informed that it was a limited time offer. Basically don't shop here."

Shame delivery time, customer service, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

"I made an order on on 02/04/2021, today 14/04/2021 they still didnt sent it away. All of the items was in stock, maximum deliveri time was 3-5 days(other one was Premium 1-3days) and they still didnt manage to sent it, repeat, not expected to have it home as they say "After your package has been handed over to DHL, our shipping partner DHL needs about 3-5 days for delivery to your home."....so it was suppose to be at me now, but no, THEY DONT EVENT SENT IT AWAY! Pack of 2 items! Shame and i will never place an order again on this site.
They took your money and after that, they dont give a s**t about you. Sent an email to them and they answear " yeah,we have it in stock just wait", like, what if when i was suppose to pay to have option "yeah i have money, just wait until i will consider to pay".
So dont order from them or do not expect to have item as they say, because they will not event sent it sooner then 10 days(still counting)!

"Despite reading many bad reviews. I decided to risk it and order a alpinestars sp1 v2 jacket. It was half the price of every where else. My experience was amazing. Order arrived in 15 days from when I placed order. It was way faster then I woulda imagined. Jacket was exactly what I ordered. Im very happy"
