"Absolutely mad and can't believe something like this can happen. FC-moto might look like decent shop at first, but I think they are actually really bad with poor return policy.
I am not interested paying 70 USD or more for the return shipping costs from the country I’m in and then wait for the refund if they would refund. Because as I see in the comments, even if its 100% their fault the buyer have to cover shipping return costs.
So I bought this 350.00 USD + 27.50 USD shipping "Forcefield EX-K Harness Adventure" size M body motorbike protection kit, it arrived way later than it should. And they sent me old (~6 years) model body "Forcefield Extreme harness" product combined with the new Model "Forcefield EX-K Harness". So two products mixed in one lol.
And its a wrong size mix, size L mixed with size M.
Different levels of body protection kit. So if I crash my motorcycle and injure myself should I blame the manufacturer or FC-Moto?
And different colors.
So I have now old model shoulder and elbow protection (Level 1 protection, not level 2) size L (black gray color) mixed with the new Model chest and back protection (Level 2 protection) size M (black yellow color). So in stead of getting "Forcefield EX-K Harness Adventure" with full level 2 protection I received a Frankenstein product from Germany FC-Moto. Do you also sell shoes left and right different sizes and different brands mixed as pair?
I feel like I was scammed.
Can't believe this is even possible. I'm checking all possible options where to complain about this, because I doubt I will resolve this issue with FC-Moto. Good that I have time for this.

Gloves are different in size and colours. Right glove is bigger than left. Advertising pictures is nicer than product received. I call that fraudulent advertising. "Ordered a couple of times and the experience was regular, nothing special, but with the third order I had quite not pleasant experience. They shipped me not correct item, so I had to return it. The returned package arrived to Germany, but THEY DIDN'T pick up the return, so it was sent back. I asked them how that could happen, so they replied they never found my package at the place where it should arrive. But both sides have tracking, so it is clear they were lying. Instead of apologize they asked me to ship the return one more time not offering any compensation for the additional costs. It is no meaning as if I ship it one more time, the shipping expenses will be more than the boots I paid originally for. "Ordered the SW-Motech Trax adv luggage system for Tiger 800. Was skeptical of the low prices but purchasing was super easy. Customer service was top notch I sent many emails to them and they responded to each one of them in a very quick and timely manner and answered all my questions completely. Package left Germany on a monday and arrived at my house in Tennessee on a wednesday and was packed super well. Nothing but good things to say about FC-Moto and I will certainly be using them again. "Ordered an helmet and arrived with damaged to internal box. Inner box had been crumpled because they had failed to provide adequate packing to stop inner box was bouncing around within larger outer box, some bubble wrap would have avoided this. There no way of telling if the helmet had been damaged from the blows to the box, you cannot tell just by looking at an helmet if it is damaged (any novice motorcyclist knows this) but FC Moto refused to even acknowledge that the helmet may have been damaged. When communicating the issue to FC MOTO responses were like the old comedy sketch 'computer says no' responses were continually, "take a picture of the damage" - how can you take a picture of damage when you can't see it? In the end following over 20 email exchanges I gave in trying to get any admittance of liability from these bunch of monkeys and returned the helmet at my cost to them securing a refund. They have probably repacked and sold to some other person without their knowledge it could be damaged. I will never order again from FC MOTO and if you are wise neither will you."

"I purchased a Held Jacket from fc moto. I measured carefuly my size in inches on the chest looked up their size chart and ordered the correct size. When it arrived it was far to large and in cm was approx 10 cm too large.On there size chart they have the inches to cm completely wrong so if you order in inches it will be incorrect. I rang them from the u.k twice and they said I had to speak to their product adviser who was away on my third call I spoke to Kunai who said I could not speak to a product adviser and would have to pay to send the jacket back. This will stop me buyin from them ever again and I advise you not to. Their size chart is not worth the paper it is written on and they are not helpful if it goes wrong."
