"I placed an order with this company and gave my company debit card as payment. The next morning, when checking my bank account, I noticed that there was the appropriate hold on my funds from this company. I also received an email from the company telling me that they could not verify my shipping and billing information from my bank and that I have to use paypal to pay for my order. This makes zero sense. My card was authorised by my bank using the correct information that I supplied. Transaction should be complete! When I called for customer service to explain, they said that the "verification department" could not verify with my bank even though the funds are already on hold with an approval from my bank. Really? this circular non-logic is ridiculous. I do not recommend this company. I chose a long time ago, for my own reasons, not to use paypal and do not appreciate being told that I have to use that service, when an alternate is available, and working on the company's own site. Horrible! "

"Never had issues with delays or accuracy yet and I've placed about 10 items on order with them. Very good experience with great prices. Could be better in some ways example: where if a part is delayed on the order they update you so you can decide whether you want said part or not.
