"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE !!!!!! You have been warned if u really like forever 21 clothes that much just purchase from the store I wouldn't even do that. But thats just me they are trying to scam people out of their money an it's sad I ordered clothes from them a month ago 2 items the items never reached me bc the post office said it was a address error. How is this possible I dnt no. I waited 2 weeks for the clothes to be shipped back to forever 21. Never got any email saying the packages had been received so I called them up they told me a email would be sent asking me if I wanted to have the items reshipped or a refund I said I want my refund. A week later still no email i called again an they told me it would take 7-10 days . Two weeks later still no money. I called them again the lady said they was a credit card error an that was why my refund hadn't been reflected I gave them the number again they said they would forward the info to management an my money would be returned. The next day I told my dad the situation they told him this time it would take 7 days for the refund. WAT ! He asked to speak to the manager an the girl hung up. So my mom wrote a letter to corporate an we're waiting for a response its been a month no clothes an no money SAD SAD SAD !"

"I placed a $53.00 order on 9/13/12 and did not receive free shipping even though my order was over $50.00. Reluctantly I paid the $13.90 shipping fee because I just wanted to get my order. THREE WEEKS go by and just like the other customers, my order goes totally unprocessed. I email Forever21 a week ago and get an automated response that half my order is now out of stock. I was disappointed but figured I would get the remainder of the order within the week.

It has now been ONE MONTH, and my order is STILL posted as "new". I'm sure the rest of my order is now also out of stock by now. What a gross mis-handling of a situation. If a company this size is handling a warehouse move this badly, someone needs to be replaced. I used to shop at this store all the time, and I don't think I'll ever go into one again much less order online from them again. Incredibly frustrated, disappointed and angry.

"I ordered $300 worth of clothes from Forever 21's website on September 10. I got an email the next day stating that my order had been placed on hold and I had to call customer service to find out why or my order would be canceled. So I called and was told that the order was on hold because they hadn't been able to connect with my bank, and I had to send them a copy of my most recent bank statement before they could verify it. This had never happened to me before with any other website, but I figured they were just being careful and sent my bank statement through email, which I was very uncomfortable with.

3 weeks went by and my order still hadn't shipped. It was still listed as "processing." Finally, after another week (4 weeks total since placing the order), it shipped. It arrived quickly, but some of the clothes didn't fit, and some were just bad quality, and I had to return them. It will take 2-3 weeks for my money to be refunded.

I will never order from Forever 21 again after dealing with this.

"While this store carries an array of cute attire for most teens and young women, the quality is so-so. The return policy is a total scam. If you buy anything on sale, online or in store, watch out if for some reason you want to return it, you can't. You will be out your money and stuck with useless clothing. Quality customer service is a very important asset to any business, as are good return policies. Heck, even places like Goodwill accepts returns! I will no longer put my money into this sham of a business, and frankly I'm surprised that they are still around. "

"I love buying things from forever 21 online, Buuuuut! EVERYTIME i go to checkout to buy my clothes, it never lets me!!! a screen comes up saying sorry for the inconvenience or we're having minor difficulties try back later. It is frustrating because whenever i try back later i get the same thing. so i just keep trying until one of them goes through. Its really sucky and not convenient at all. But i still love all the stuff i receive, so i guess worth it in the end, i just wish it would work the first time like it is suppose to and not the 20th."

"Never ever ever shop online on the Forever 21 website. It was terrible, it took two weeks for my clothes to show up and when they did I had to return them because they were not at all what they looked like online. Whats worse is that you can't return items that you buy from Forever 21. So I had to talk to the manager you said that he would take them, but I can't get a refund. Shop at the store not online"

"I would suggest to EVERYBODY to stay away from this company.
Not only they do not tell you when your product is delivered or will be.
They send me the product and told me the shipping guy didn't find my address (strange, the address exists for more than 10 years). Then they refund me partially my account and won't refund me for shipping or anything.

Not only I didn't receive my product but also I lost more than $10. So do not buy from this guys if you want save headaches and money.

this is NOT a good company. Will never buy from this guys again and guess what Forever21, I will post this in all the forums I am member.

"I absolutely LOVE Forever 21! It is totally the greatest place to get very cool, very cute tops. I ordered 3 tops from them last week ( slub knit tunic, assymetrical top, and ruffled floral top) and they look so good. I'm starting to shop more and more online so it's really cool to find some of my favorite stores online so I can shop in my pajamas!"

"I bought a "new" dress, that ended up being damaged and obviously worn before. When I tried to return it, they claimed it couldn't be refunded, only exchanged, and the item was out of stock in most sizes at that point. I looked at the policy and it indicated that store credit was also a possibility, but the girl only said exchange. What an asinine policy, they should have NO RETURNS everywhere, instead the policy was never explained (it's in very small print on a small card) and only showed up on the receipt after the purchase was finalized. I'm going to initiate a chargeback with my credit card if they don't make the situation right, and will never shop here again."

"Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service and ethics. I placed my order the end of October, never received my item (but, of course, was charged the day I placed the order), and any and all attempts at contacting customer service have been thwarted. They blatantly ignore my emails or respond with generic emails that don't even have to do with my question/complaint.

I'm definitely not coming back--I've never before encountered such terrible customer service so buyers..beware.

"Forever 21 online SUCKS! The customer service people are RUDE and have not responded to my emails, phone calls or complaints. I purchased something in January, it is now April. Nothing has been done about my problem and the manager continues to ignore my complaint. I called headquarters multiple times and the manager refuses to pick up his phone or return any calls.
Also, the customer service reps tried to make up some BS about their policy. I told her I have the policy and I know how to read, and there is nothing in their policy that states what she was BS-ing about. Their products are cheap and their customer service is even cheaper. I will NEVER EVER shop here AGAIN and I will tell all of my friends and family NEVER EVER to shop here again!
