customer service absolutely no help.

"When ordering shoes, you better be sure of your size! My first mistake was not realizing a size 6 was UK not US. I sent them back (cost $22.00) for an exchange. There was a place provided on the slip to put in the information, only to find out, this company does not do exchanges. They will credit you but you have to reorder. I really wanted the shoes so I proceeded to do just that. I did some research on sizes so I ordered what should have been a size 6. Well when I received them for a second time, the shoes were still at least a whole size to big. I contacted customer service again and the response I got was "We do state in our terms and conditions that sizes can(DO) vary from brand to brand." I asked if they would at least waive the shipping if I reorder again as a good customer service policy. They NEVER responded. Their method of contact is through email so they don't seem to care. So unless I want to waste $45.00 and get nothing, I am reordering them to at least have something to show for the $$ I spent. I can't review the shoes because after a month, I still don't have them. Buyer beware is all I can say."

Extremely poor customer service

"I ordered an Item through Fruugo.com that came through UK. The item came fairly quickly albeit Shipping and duties and taxes were expensive. Unfortunately, the sizing was not right and so I followed the instructions to return my item. I have only received a confirmation of my email and nothing with the instructions on how to return and it is a week later. I only have two weeks to return the items and I am very worried about not being able to return item as it was several hundred dollars.

I have subsequently sent 2 additional emails and have yet to have a. Follow up email with my instructions on how to return.

I am very disappointed with Fruugo and do not recommend using this service.

CHANGED FROM 1 STAR to 3 STARS - FRUUGO - AMMENDED

They did not ship my item / only gave partial refund ( *******FRUUGO DID FINALLY GIVE A FULL REFUND ON MISSING ITEM !!)

Im From Australia and ordered some goods using FRUUGO- after paying $34.60 for a small item - to ship a 150 GRAM bar of SOAP - it still took 33 days to arrive to me .

***************They should have given 1/2 of my shipping charge back to me at least !!!

BUYERS BEWARE !!



In one other order one item was missing so I contacted FRUUGO Support who gave me only a partial refund for the missing item.



Not Worth the Hassle use Amazon or Ebay instead !!!!

1. Customer Service at FRUUGO gave me a Full refund for the missing Item.
2. Customer Service at FRUUGO did not give me a full refund / or offer a partial refund on the expensive shipping charges - ( ** I paid $34.60 to ship a 150 GRAM bar of SOAP that took 33 Days to arrive. )

They should have given 1/2 of my shipping charge back to me at least !!!

No Chance at a Refund

"Ordered wrong item and within the minute attempted to cancel the order. Seems like their customer service business hours combined with the time difference (order made in the US) makes any issue about 14 hours behind. After that I was emailed by a representative then another 4 hours in an attempt to contact the retailer. By that time, they claim the order has already been shipped and nothing they can do to cancel the transaction."

Very bad customer service

"I bought a mobile display at fruugo. It broke after 3 months. Told customer service directly. First no response at all, now they tell me since three moths that they "try to get in contact with the seller". Sure.
Don't buy at fruugo. If anything happens you are lost.

Scam Site

"I ordered two tan-through swimsuits from the Fruugo site for a total of $67.36 (including shipping charges of $11.46). The suits were both significantly too small. We intended to return one for refund and exchange the other for the next size up. Within 2 days of the receipt of the items, I followed directions for a "return," which indicated the return must take place within 14 days of the receipt and that it does NOT go to Fruugo but to Fruugo's source for the item. It turned out the "source" of the tan-through suits was Kiniki in the UNITED KINGDOM. The US Postal Service wanted a minimum of $32 to deliver a legal-sized envelope to the UK but could not get it there within the 14-day limit. UPS and DHL wanted $75 and $120 respectively. Good money after bad! I asked Fruugo for advice/assistance as to how to keep my costs within the same $11.46 it paid to distribute the items to me but got a "form" in return. I'm now stuck with two unwearable swimsuits. THIS SITE IS NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS!"

"Been waiting almost 1 month now for a pair of shoes. Tracking only valid for UK and the customer service is inadequate to say the least.They are a Re- seller and up to grabbing your dollars whitout a care.
Save yourself the agony and go elsewhere.

Worse Company "EVER"

"This company is by far the worse experience I have had in life. I order sneakers online which you may think is simple enough right..So I thought. Their policy clearly states they will ship your product between 5-14 business days! Well let me tell you I ordered my product was told it shipped on 12/30/17 as it stands it is 2/3/17 and I have yet to receive this product. I have contacted their customer service on numerous occasions and all they do it provide me a tracking number (which took multiple emails before I got that) which only shows me what I already know that it has no movement of my package. Now I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I live in the US making this an international delivery however I have purchased many many items overseas and it has NEVER taken more than 10 days let alone 30 days plus to receive my shipment. As it stands I have a dispute out with PayPal to recoup my funds from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY! They should only be allowed to sell in their own country (UK). "

Ordered, waited, then they cancelled

"I found what I was looking for and it showed in stock. So I ordered. I waited and then it was cancelled as only 1 item was in stock. They could have sent that or at least asked. Also if seems like when my order was cancelled my account was also cancelled. I can not log back into Fruugo.com and even if I did the forgot password, nothing was sent to my email
I would not use them again
