"I bought a game pass key, the seller delivered to me a redeemed key already and the platform G2G completed the order automatically (it was the first problem)
I tried to contact the seller but had no success, so I opened a ticket at G2G support. It was Friday so at night the support answer me requesting some screenshots and evidence of the problem.
When was Monday in the early morning, my ticket was closed and my request was denied because they did not have the evidence in 48 running hours.
In a nutshell, the support gave me 48 hours during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to provide the answer, they did not say anything that they would close the ticket within 48 hours running, and the final decision would be denied for the request and no right to reopen the case.
It is clear that the platform is acting with bad faith, given they cannot contact the seller any more for some reason, and they do not want to take the loss.
It is just my review, think twice before buying on the G2G platform because unlike G2G there are other better platforms that provide security in your purchase. If you agree with me, give me a thumbs-up in this thread and share. Thank you."

This company is a very shady business. They want all of your private information (credit card, utility bill, ID card, and EVEN MORE). When they got all your personal data they still refuse to get you access to their website if you have locked money on your account!!!
The customer support is total garbage and they requested me to give them MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I blanked out some digits and they still complain and straight-up lie about me giving them a "wrong credit card" registered to my name.
They literally scam customers for 35€.
This is insane and highly criminal activity.
I will see if I can come into contact with the police, because of personal data theft and fraudulent behavior.

Never came, and was told it couldn’t be delivered anymore. I went to cancel and received store credit, tried to get some different items with store credit and they held it for 3 days because it needed verification (Already had verified my account) no response, no help, no answers. Disputing charges now. Don’t use this site plenty of better ones"

"I bought over 15 accounts from an OW account seller named OW001, this guy has reclaimed every single account that I have ever purchased from him after only 3 months of use. This site also seems to use delay tactics to avoid warranties for example; I had an account get banned due to the actions of the seller so I opened a ticket as I was advised along with sending two-three emails. I never received a response from their support team until 2-3 months had past and yknow that put my ticket past their warranty period.
Avoid this seller that I mentioned and this site."
"This company sees the buyer on their platform as just a number. I am almost guessing that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Sellers take way longer than the advertised 1h delivery speed. The seller sells account, just to steal them from the buyer and act like nothing happened.
When u report the order wich is already taking 5 hours, u get an email that goes like this:
"Dear user
Please be informed that this is a system notification for your ticket.
The investigation is completed and you can check the previous responses. Any future response to this ticket will not be entertained."
In other words: "shut up, don't try to message us. We won't respond."
ALSO be aware that they don't refund you in real money, but just their store credits. This way they trick you in still buying from their platform. Sadly a well known scam.
tldr: As of now i needed to send a bunch of proof videos/photo's. And they ask me to give the seller another 24hrs. For some reason the orders status is now "Order completed".

**EDIT: I still needed an account so I messaged some of the resellers. OctopusBlacK really helped me out and even delivered the account within 30 minutes. So for him 5 stars!
***Edit 2: if a sellers status is online, then i asume they are online. When a seller responds to me, then i asume they are online. This problem didnt happen once, it happens almost everytime. When the buyer cancels because it takes to long, the seller can just dismiss.. Reporting seemingly doesn't matter. Trying to debunk my review and than say "we are sorry" is strange.

Didn't think it could go worse, but it just did..... Account got banned and I was just completely done with all of this so I messaged g2g. But offcourse to no help. They just say contact the seller and wait 48 hours. After 48hrs no reacting, wellll than i can try us.

Well.... 48 hours later and still nothing. Escaleted it and i am now waiting for their conclusion. My hopes of getting my money back is gone.

Now they ask me to give the seller another 24hrs and to give them the username/password... Strange.. so I made a screenshot and blurred some parts out. They also asked for a video of the in-game ban pop-up, the ban email and a video of me logging into the social club account. It feels like I'm talking to the police, where I need to proof that I'm innocent.
AAAND i found out why the order is completed.
