"Takes your moneys, doesn't deliver the products.
TWO THINGS GO WRONG:
1) If you buy something for $16.00 and it's broken out of the box, they'll say they'll return your $16 ONLY AFTER you spend $17 (minimum ship from US -> China) to ship the thing back? That's some business model for quick profits - not so much for repeat customers!
To compare, AliExpress understands this and issues REFUNDS if you can document your problem (take pictures). Gearbest, on the other hand, knows it can STICK YOU with BROKEN merch. They KNOW this situation and will RIP YOU OFF.
ANOTHER ORDER: They'll TAKE YOUR MONEY then WAIT 8 WEEKS JUST TO SHIP - then you wait ANOTHER 6 weeks to receive. Item was NEVER IN STOCK TO BEGIN WITH. They take your order then wait to accumulate orders to get enough to make a wholesale order. YOU wait while THEY earn interest on YOUR money. (as opposed to charging your card WHEN the item ships)
THAT SAID, SOMETIMES I'll get a good product. INDEED, if the item is worth MORE than $17, and they know you'll ship it back to get a refund, you'll find some nice things there.
So the rule: ONLY buy stuff if you've checked out what you're buying. ASSUME YOU WILL NOT GET ANY QUALITY SERVICE. BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
GEARBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTHLESS. They will say, "We're sorry" nicely letting you know you're f*ucked."

"I'll tell you about my experience with this order I made so far.
I ordered a Teclast Master T10 in 17/01/2018 for 264,99$ USD using DHL Shipping option, after few days the seller contacted me saying that due to the item’s status with customs, the customs fee would be significantly high in my country and it was recommended that I choose flat rate shipping(10-25 business days) which I agreed.
Item arrived, more than a month (30 business days) after my reply, on 28/02/2018.
After a few days I opened up a ticket, claiming an issue with the tablet, that was replied and I wasn't able to respond due to personal circumstances.
After 2 Months I replied with the asked for information on the status of this issue, and they said to wait 2 days.
Gearbest only replied 100 days later with a solution, which didn't work.
Their service was terrible, 100 days to reply to a client?
Naturally I gave up.
I really needed the tablet to work so I replied much later in November, that I would sent it to repair. We did that. It gave me some hope for resolve.
Later on I was right and the tablet couldn't be fixed and received A NEW Tablet, but the same model.
Right after receiving it I reported the same issues... on the same brand and the same model.
I lost confidence in the brand and I'm not the only costumer experiencing this issues with this model.
How many times should I send the Item for repairing, receiving a new one and having the same problem expecting a different result?
Both of the times the problems were reported within the appropriate time for the one year warranty claim they make.
Now, it has been 1 year and 4 months and the problem is still not solved, they offered me 80$, and then 120$, and then again to repair the item on my own in a local store. No one will repair this tablet.
Understandably, I don't want this item, it is a faulty product and they refused for all this time to give me the money i spent on it, instead they chose to try and shut me up with 120$ in store credit.
I feel ripped off, so, learn with my experience, don't buy big on Gearbest, even a brand like Teclast could sent you a bad item, good luck in getting your money back after."
