"I would rate this company a zero if that were an option. I searched for a charging dock for my new Panasonic shaver. One appeared from this site that looked to be compatible with my needs, so I ordered it. When it arrived I found that it was incompatible with my particular shaver model. I sought help from the customer service dept. in returning it and was requested to send several pictures of the item/model number/mailing label, etc. When received, the company replied that they don't do returns on minor items under $30 and I should try to sell it on ebay! My total cost for the item was nearly $40 when shipping and tax were included although the actual cost of it was a bit less than $30. I will never purchase another item from this site."
