“Hi John! Fact is, you correctly included your range model number when you placed your order via PAYPAL, and we correctly determined that the knobs you ordered will not fit. (The website listing also clearly does NOT show your model as even being close to fitting, and the ones that do are obsolete.
We then reversed the payment back to your Paypal account, and also sent you a notice of order cancelation including the reason. It appears that you may be having issues with your email blocking or spam blocking, because you clearly didn't get our emails, nor the email that Paypal sent you. Please check your spam, and also your Paypal balance, and it should show that the refund posted on June 15th. Hope you will see the email from Reseller Ratings that contains this reply.
